Our customer care team has been heavily impacted by staff shortages due to the current COVID-19 situation. We have asked our local florists to introduce contactless deliveries, we recommend the delivery driver places the gift in a safe location, rings the doorbell and stands two metres away, if the recipient is unavailable we will post or put under the door a calling card.
We have also given our florists greater freedom to ensure they can deliver as many messages of love as possible and should they be unable to source certain stems due to supplier shortages we're asking them to create something special on your behalf using a mix of the very best in-store stems.
